By installing or using Stock Radar (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Service Description
The App provides portfolio tracking, price and dividend signals, market data, news, and AI-generated analysis and reports for stocks you choose to track. Some features require a Google account sign-in, and some are available only with a paid subscription.
3. Not Investment Advice
All content in the App — including prices, signals, rankings, community posts, and AI-generated analysis or reports — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions, and the developer is not liable for any losses arising from the use of the App.
4. Subscriptions
- Premium subscriptions are billed through Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play's subscription settings.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the App or its servers.
- Do not use automated means to scrape or bulk-collect data from the App.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, and its content (excluding third-party market data and community content) are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable laws.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability for any claim arising out of the use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding three months.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
